We ship Puzettes using USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail to deliver to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and Canada.

Processing Time:

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days (domestic).
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (domestic).
• Canada: Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and customs processing.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
• Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your Puzette’s journey.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to Canada, and all duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you’re outside these regions, stay tuned—we hope to expand soon!
